Help please! I am trying to get this template onto my blog, but unfortunately I'm not that good at html. Can someone pls give me some tips???

Well this template i not very friendly to ppl who are trying to stay off chocolates to lose weight :p
If you can actually resist the temptation, then, my friend, you don't really love chocolates!
